what we do - 2: post appointment

During the period following the appointment of the new leader we often find ourselves then working with one or more of the following individuals and groups;


  • The Outgoing (Legacy) Leader
  • The Incumbent New Leader
  • The Pre-Existing Leadership Team

Each one will have distinctively different leadership transition perceptions about the future opportunities and challenges as well as potential concerns and anxieties. We may take a team approach at this stage connecting up a different advisor to work with at each level. We consider the sorts of issues might arise for each:
