University of Aberdeen

For a number of years we have worked in partnership with the University of Aberdeen to run a successful International Leadership Development Programme (ILDP). Indeed the programme was the winner of the 2007 award for ‘Outstanding contribution to leadership development’ by the Times Higher Awards.

One of the distinctive features of the programme involved visits to other institutions with whom the university was building closer partnerships. Over a number of years we used the programme to deepen and extend these relationships in Asia and the USA.
